Information You May Be Asked For

Have these handy to speed up verification:

  • Full name and email (the same one you’ll use at BrightFunded).

  • Handle/username on the platform where you won (e.g., @YourUser on X).

  • Link or proof of the giveaway post and winner announcement.

  • Winner ID or host message, if applicable.


Timeline & Status

  • Delivery: up to 2 business days after verification.

  • If 2 business days pass and you haven’t received your account, reopen the chat and select “I haven’t received my account yet ❌” or message us directly.


FAQs

Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable.

I don’t see the “Giveaway Winner 🎉” button.

  • Close and reopen the chat. If it still doesn’t appear, type “Giveaway Winner” and the assistant will guide you.


Best Practices

  • Use the same email you’ll use in BrightFunded.

  • Provide clear proof (post link or screenshot of the announcement).

  • Avoid duplicate submissions—one claim is enough and speeds up review.


Restrictions

BrightFunded is open to traders from various backgrounds and experience levels. Both aspiring traders and experienced professionals are welcome to join. All clients must be at least 18 years old.

Additionally, BrightFunded does not provide services to individuals either in or from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Vietnam.
