To improve our services and maintain a fair reward system, BrightFunded offers BF tokens to users who complete our official feedback form. To ensure the process remains transparent and abuse-free, all submissions must meet the following rules to be considered valid.

To qualify for the reward:
The user must have an active BrightFunded profile.
The feedback form must be completed using the same email address associated with the BrightFunded account.

For a submission to be accepted:
All required questions in the form must be answered.
Responses must be clear, honest, and relevant to the user’s experience with BrightFunded.
Forms containing empty responses, random characters, meaningless text, or generic placeholders (e.g., “asdf,” “…..,” “N/A” everywhere) will be marked as invalid.
This program exists to collect real feedback that helps us improve—not to distribute rewards without purpose.
3. Responsible Use & Abuse Prevention
BF tokens will not be granted in the following cases:
Duplicate submissions from the same user or account.
Attempts to exploit the system (e.g., using multiple emails tied to the same user, fake identities, or false information).
In such cases, BrightFunded reserves the right to reject the reward.
4. Reward Distribution Timeline
Once your submission is reviewed and validated, BF tokens will be credited within 3–5 business days.
Token distribution is handled manually or in batches, so they may not appear instantly.
If more than 5 business days pass and the tokens do not appear, contact Support with your email for verification.
5. General Conditions
BrightFunded may modify, pause, or cancel this reward program at any time.
Submission of the feedback form does not guarantee the issuance of BF tokens; the response must meet the rules stated above.
