Can I use EA?

Absolutely, at BrightFunded, we allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs). We understand that different traders use different strategies, and automated trading systems are an important part of many traders’ toolkits.

However, while we permit the use of EAs, it’s crucial to ensure that their use aligns with our trading conditions and rules. For example, you must still comply with our daily and total loss limits, even when trading with an EA. Please also note that if you use a third-party EA, other traders may already be using the same EA—meaning similar or identical strategies may appear across multiple accounts.

Important note on compatibility:

While EAs are allowed, not all third-party EAs are compatible with our platform environment. BrightFunded does not guarantee compatibility or performance of any external EA, and we are not responsible for issues caused by non-compatible EAs (such as execution errors, unexpected behavior, missed trades, or technical malfunctions). We strongly recommend testing your EA first and ensuring it functions properly in your setup before relying on it in your BrightFunded accounts.

As with any trading strategy, we encourage you to apply strong risk management and regularly monitor your EA’s performance to confirm it is operating as expected and not putting your account at undue risk. While EAs can automate execution, they still require ongoing oversight.
