To participate in the BrightFunded Affiliate Program, you must meet the following requirements:
Age: You must be 18 years or older when applying.
Restricted Locations: The program is not available to individuals living in or from:
Belarus
Cuba
Iran
Myanmar
North Korea
Russia
Sudan
Syria
Ukraine (specifically Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions)
Sanctions: You cannot be on any international sanctions lists, such as those from the U.S., EU, or UN.
Criminal History: Individuals with a record of financial crimes, terrorism-related offenses, or serious criminal activity are not eligible.
Previous Revocations: If your access to BrightFunded programs was previously revoked due to a breach of terms or contracts, you will not be eligible to join.
Vietnam Restriction: Due to risk management policies, the program is not open to individuals from Vietnam.
KYC Requirement
All affiliates must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify their identity and eligibility. This includes submitting valid identification documents and any additional information requested by BrightFunded. Failure to complete the KYC process will result in rejection or termination from the program.
Compliance and Fair Practices
BrightFunded expects affiliates to follow ethical marketing practices and comply with all applicable laws. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may lead to immediate removal from the program and loss of any earned commissions.
Changes to Terms
BrightFunded may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to align with legal or operational needs. Affiliates should check these terms regularly to stay compliant.
By joining the BrightFunded Affiliate Program, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and any related policies provided by BrightFunded.
