Chargeback Policy & Enforcement

We take fraud prevention seriously to ensure a fair and secure experience for all customers. Chargebacks are a legitimate right and we fully respect customers’ ability to raise disputes through their card issuer.


However, customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks — meaning disputes filed in bad faith where the purchase was valid and the service was delivered as described — will face the following consequences:

  • Immediate Account Suspension: The account associated with the fraudulent dispute will be suspended pending investigation.

  • Permanent Ban from Our Ecosystem: Customers found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be blacklisted from future purchases and participation.

  • Loss of All Associated Access: Any linked accounts, services, or benefits within our ecosystem will be forfeited.

  • Legal & Financial Repercussions: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in reports to fraud prevention databases and potential legal action.
